Based in Glasgow, Synth is a hub for one of Britain’s most thriving clubbing communities. We pride ourselves on getting in on the ground level, whether it’s reporting on an incredible party in an abandoned warehouse, putting the spotlight on an up and coming local producer or bringing you interviews with some of the key players on the scene, this is your guide to one of the best party city's in Europe.

Originally launched in the summer of 2010 we’ve managed to create many contacts and indeed friends through our writing, which does help to deliver exclusive news before anyone else. We strongly believe in Glasgow talent and feel it’s our duty to bring you the very best of it – this might be through incredible mixes by the city's best DJ’s or fresh, new music from talented local producers. Further to this, our writing has reached beyond a purely Glasgow-based audience and now gets viewed by people from around the world. This in turn has lead to exclusives on a national scale and we continue to source new music and interviews with worldwide prominence.

We also currently have a show on what is perhaps Scotland’s finest student radio station, Subcity which helps bring some of our articles and music alive. Hosted by our resident DJ, Alaska, the show goes out between 6-7pm on a Wednesday evening and showcases a wide range of Glasgow based music as well as big tunes on national scale.
